OUR PURPOSE

Scripture first. Evidence visible.

Rightly Divided explores focused questions about the Bible by organizing passages, comparing accounts, and making the path from a chart back to the text visible. The goal is to support careful reading, not replace it.

OUR APPROACH

Patterns are a starting point.

Each data overview uses explicit categories and references so readers can examine how conclusions were assembled. Where passages overlap, each Gospel account remains visible rather than being silently blended into a single version.

LIMITATIONS

Read every number in context.

Data overview 001 uses preliminary automated pattern matching against the King James Version. It can miss actions described indirectly and can include false positives.
A textual occurrence or passage is not automatically a unique event. Parallel accounts can describe the same episode.
Data overview 002 uses curated references, not an exhaustive catalogue of every action at the crucifixion.
Word totals exclude single-letter tokens. Subject totals use editorial keyword lists. Character speech totals are estimates for a tracked set of names, based on nearby speech cues; they are not verified transcripts.
Translation wording, verse boundaries, and textual traditions differ. Editorial categories describe each collection; they are not labels found in the biblical text.

These resources are descriptive tools. They do not settle theological questions or take the place of reading Scripture in context.
